The Tyler's Touch Annual Golf Outing is the primary fundraising event for The Tyler Volenec Foundation. It began humbly as a group of friends playing a round of golf to raise money for families battling pediatric cancer--and to have fun. Keeping that spirit in mind, the golf outing has expanded to include a general raffle and silent and live auctions, but also speakers to explain how all the money raised meets the needs generated by pediatric cancer.
The 12th Annual Tyler's Touch Golf Outing was held on Friday, August 13, 2010, at Pheasant Run Resort in St Charles, IL. Golfers and volunteers braved the hot weather and avoided a violent thunderstorm in support of families battling pediatric cancer. Thanks to everyone who golfed or helped out!
